8月19日至21日，省安全生产执法监察总队总队长平党生带队，对信阳市所属煤炭企业、危险化学品生产企业、烟花爆竹以及尾矿库等重点行业领域进行了执法检查。
检查组主要采取听取工作汇报、查阅资料、实地察看和召开座谈会等方式进行，先后实地对1家煤矿企业，2家危化企业，1座尾矿库，1家烟花爆竹企业进行了执法检查，共查出问题或隐患45条，提出意见建议19条。
检查结束后，检查组向信阳市政府安委会通报了检查情况，平党生总队长提出了要求：一是县级安监机构要加强队伍建设，进一步提高安全监管能力；二是要指导企业加大对从业人员的教育培训力度，不断提高从业的能力素质；三是要加大对职业卫生的宣传教育和防控力度，确保从业人员的人身安全；四是督促企业加强作业场所的现场管理，确保生产安全。（省执法监察总队 供稿）
